Who is Mitch Nunn?
A full-time property investor & developer with a goal to create 1,000 high-end co-living rooms through my brand, Spaces Co-living.
I'm Mitch, a full-time property investor and developer, aiming to create 1,000 high-end co-living rooms through my brand, 'Spaces' Co-living.
My journey began as a locksmith apprentice straight out of school, eventually becoming self-employed at 23. In 2012, I bought my first investment property—a one-bed flat in Portsmouth. Over the next decade, I grew my portfolio to £15 million by 2025.
Along the way, I started, scaled, and exited two successful companies with a multi seven-figure enterprise value. Now fully focused on property, I’ve completed a wide range of projects including Sui Generis HMOs, commercial conversions, and new builds.
I’m passionate about sharing my experience to help others build wealth and freedom through property.
